Start of Route 66 sign in Chicago

This sign was a very popular attraction with many people starting their journey along Route 66 coming here for the obligatory photo before setting off.

Trikes at Start of Route 66

These two trikes were just about to pull off on the start of their journey as we turned up. As they depart you can see two car-loads of Lithuanians turn up for their photos.

Skydeck at the top of Willis Tower

Protruding at the top of the Willis Tower, three glass boxes which hung the occupants out over 1200ft above ground level. Even if we'd wanted to do this, the queue at ground level would have put us off.

Plenty off attitude from this guy who just sat on his Harley oblivious to all the attention that his blaring music was getting. The ultimate definition of a “poser”.
