An interesting looking structure with concrete spines rising out from it’s water-stopping body. The only thing is: there’s no water behind it, just dry dusty ground overgrown with bushes.
Situated at the base of the Sandia Mountains in the nice (and expensive looking) part of town, Hank and Marie’s house and surrounding area was quiet on a Sunday morning so we didn’t stay for long.

It was warm and sticky at the rooftop bar overlooking downtown Albuquerque. The only activity that didn’t raise a sweat was sitting still and drinking beer. Luckily we’re good at this!
